A Brilliant service, no messing around. I did doubt the service in the beginning as lots of firms claim they have the right people, but these guys actually do. I probably wouldn’t be in business anymore if it wasn’t for Qualified Group just because of how hard it is to find the right skills locally. I think it is safe to say that they literally saved me closing my garage as I’m not fit enough to do the jobs alone anymore (30 years on the tools). Not a cheap service by any means, the results and service do however reflect the price. It makes more sense to use a company like Qualified Group over typical local agencies which place your new hire at another company after the 90 day retention period has ended (This happened to me during the Christmas period). Great team, great service, great talent.
We are a new and used motor retailer based in Scotland that has been behind on warranty jobs for over 6 months now. We did try to hire from overseas our selves but English proficiency requirements proved to be a huge bottleneck for us.
We’ve since employed 10 dealer certified technicians through the agency (all with great English Proficiency) and our after sales dept is now up to date on all warranty requests.
